P618/2025
P618 was founded in 2025 by Bel Bare, a creative director whose passion for visual storytelling, precision and impact drives every project the studio undertakes. With a unique blend of artistry, strategic thinking and experience, Bel personally oversees creative decisions, ensuring each project reflects the highest standards of design and delivery of the brief. Her leadership shapes P618’s signature style—bold, thoughtful and resonant.
Supporting Bel is a talented team of dedicated professionals, including skilled graphic designers, a meticulous project manager and a studio assistant who keeps daily operations running smoothly. Together, they bring a collaborative spirit to every challenge, turning ambitious ideas into compelling visual experiences that captivate and inspire.
We are wanderers, travellers and artists, with modern life as our ever evolving muse.
The world is our palette—art, architecture, music, fashion, nature, love—all flowing together to inspire every creative choice we make. While we cherish nostalgia and the stories it holds, we pull these threads into the present moment, crafting immersive brand-scapes designed to truly speak to and resonate with your audience.
Technology is a tool we embrace wholeheartedly, integrating cutting edge design methods into our daily work. Yet, it never dictates the creative process; instead, it enhances the artistry, allowing the human intuition, thinking and balanced craftsmanship at our core to lead the way.
50%
P618 is a dedicated creative studio, established as a social-enterprise. We’re committed to giving back, by donating 50% of our profits to charitable causes every financial year. But we don’t just give randomly. Instead, we divide these donations across sectors based on the revenue we earn from each industry throughout the year.
For example, if a large part of our work comes from the housing sector, a corresponding share of the donation goes to homelessness charities. If we work with food brands, donations support food relief programs. This way, the impact we make is directly connected to the projects and industries we’re involved with, making every contribution meaningful and relevant to our clients and team.
We will publish an impact report annually, with the option of your brand being mentioned or featured.

Theory
of Change
We believe that embedding social impact into the heart of creative work unlocks untapped potential within existing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) budgets and reshapes industry standards. By dedicating a 50% portion of our profits to meaningful causes related to each project’s industry, like supporting homelessness initiatives for housing projects, or food relief programs when working with food brands, every project we undertake becomes a catalyst for positive change—amplifying impact while seamlessly aligning with business goals.
This commitment not only drives measurable outcomes but also inspires a shift across the creative industry. Together, we demonstrate that creativity is a powerful force that can transform culture and create lasting, tangible benefits for communities worldwide.
Bel Bare
Founder + Creative Director
Bel Bare is an Australian creative director, designer and author. Her career started at 16, when she landed her first job as a finished artist at a printing press, fresh out of high school. She worked alone in a tin-roofed loft, working on cut and paste, plates and negatives in the darkroom, with a tightly framed view of railroad tracks and the back wall of the notorious Boggo Road jail.
Bel flew the coup to Sydney, and at just 23, she became Creative Director of an experiential agency in Sydney. Jumping forward a further three decades, she has worked in over a dozen countries, doing what she loves — living and breathing design and culture.
Bel is known for building worlds that seduce the senses and spark conversation. She blends cinematic visual storytelling with strategic brand thinking, setting new benchmarks and defining trends before they emerge. Bel’s work invites audiences into a deeper story, a feeling, a philosophy.
Her award-winning work has led global creative campaigns and revived forgotten knowledge through Fauun, her boutique publishing house dedicated to arcane and esoteric literature. With Sacred Mechanics®, her podcast and mentoring practice in creative consciousness, Bel nurtures transformation, offering experiences that leave a lasting impact. Her debut novel, Breaking the Girl (2020), introduced her distinctive surf-gothic style and her little street label, DaggerBird, extends her visual language into apparel.
Bel is also redefining what it means to run a creative agency. Her for-purpose model channels 50% of profits directly into charity, transforming brand collaborations into acts of cultural and social impact. By working with her, clients don’t just launch brands, they join a movement where creativity is a force for lasting change.
From building immersive brand universes to crafting cultural artefacts, Bel’s mission is simple: create meaningful worlds that endure, shift perception and give back.
